Huawei Mate 9 with 6GB RAM and Android 7.0

An alleged Huawei Mate 9 prototype has been caught on the GFXBench benchmark database, revealing an unannounced Kirin SoC under the hood.

As per the listing on GFXBench, the Huawei phone has a 5.9-inch display that has full HD (1920x1080 pixels) resolution and 5 finger gesture support. Besides as per the listing, it has HiSilicon Hi3660 (Cortex A53) 2.6 GHz octa-core processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB of internal storage out of which 52GB is reserved for the users, ARM Mali T880 GPU and Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. In the listing there is no information about its battery or expandable memory, but the standard features are there — accelerometer, barometer, Bluetooth, compass, GPS, gyroscope, lightsensor, NFC, pedometer, proximity, and WiFi. We’re assuming phone will be 4G LTE ready but we’ll know for sure on release date.
